Instructions for OSN Active Guard
- Recommend to consume 2 to 4 soft gels per day on an empty stomach.
- Recommend to increase dosage to 8 to 10 soft gels per day if you are feeling unwell or facing any health concerns.
- Do not take OSN Active Guard within 3 hours of taking antibiotics as this reduces the efficacy of the product.

- Add one sachet of OSN Activia into 250ml 400ml of room temperature water.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes and stir well before drinking.
- Consume at least one sachet everyday for optimal results

Instructions for OSN Active Greens
- For adults, mix 2 spoons of powder with 8 oz water, fruit juice, or other beverage at cold or room temperature twice a day.
- For children, mix 1 spoon of powder with 8 oz water, fruit juice, or other beverage at cold or room temperature twice a day.
- For better results and maximum effectiveness, consume Active Greens before meals.
